The City of Port Harcourt was lit with Nollywood faces like Ernest Obi, Chioma Okoye, Mary Uranta, Uche Ndigwe and others as they gathered for the world premiere of Bobby Ogoloma‘s movie – Rumuokani.
The premiere was well attended by guests
like the Rivers State Governor represented by the Commissioner of
Culture and Tourism, Dr. Nabbs Imegwu.
The event also had performances by Duncan Mighty, Jazz sensation artist “Eddy IZZYCS” among others. Organised by Fresh Tictac Concepts,
the Rumuokani premiere held at the Aztech Arcum theatre and its guests
rated it the best premiere in Nigeria so far. The movie is scheduled to
hit cinemas in major cities of the country in February and will also
premiere in London soon.
The premiere was hosted by actor cum compere Basorge Tariah and an international TV presenter, Debby (Deborah Agbalama). In
His short speech, Bobby Ogoloma promised to keep up the game and ensure
that youth in the region do not have to relocate to Lagos to actualize
their dreams in acting, adding that his movies will only get better.
Rumuokani is produced by Bobby Ogoloma and directed by a South Africa-based Nigeria film director, Edward Uka.
